Update Saturday, August 15

Pastor Smith and Carissa are both recuperating well and may be in church tomorrow.

Mrs. Smith is still well!

Carissa was released from the hospital this morning and is resting at home.

Thanks again for praying!

Carissa was admitted to the hospital last night, with a very high fever, and severe pneumonia.

They were able to reduce her temperature to normal within a few hours. We hope she will be released today.

Bro. Smith is recovering quickly and may be at church tonight.

Monday, August 10th

Please continue to pray for the entire Smith family.

Pastor Smith and Carissa are very sick with pneumonia and a bacterial infection. They have been to the doctor and Bro. Smith has been to ER.

Mrs. Smith has not contracted it.

They do not need visits, calls, texts, or messages.

A small meal might be sent home with Mrs. Smith if you wish.

At this time they need rest peace and quiet, and most importantly for you to be faithful to your tasks in their absence.
